The Intercontinental Hotel in Century City provides world class accommodations for its guests. This historic hotel provides beautiful views of Century City as well as the Hollywood hills. The common area garage spaces utilized a 125 watt metal halide system that dimmly lit the garage areas. Being a bustling hotel in a fast-paced, compact city, the need for constant valet services was a huge strain on their energy consumption.
